1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Meztezz ("the Service"), operated by Bazimat Drinks Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in West Bengal, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Meztezz is a product of Bazimat Drinks Pvt. Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Meztezz provides a point-of-sale system for restaurants, including desktop POS software, a mobile captain application, and a cloud-based analytics dashboard. The Service is designed to operate offline with periodic cloud synchronization.

3. Account Registration

To use the cloud features of Meztezz, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Meztezz offers various subscription plans. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are as described on our Pricing page. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

New users receive a 15-day free trial before any payment is required. All payments are non-refundable. For full details on cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Meztezz. We do not claim ownership of your restaurant data, order records, customer information, or financial records. Your POS terminal stores data locally and remains the primary source of truth.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during cloud synchronization and storage. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meztezz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
