Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans offered by Bazimat Drinks Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us") through the Meztezz platform at meztezz.com.

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 15-day free trial with full access to the subscribed plan's features. No payment information is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be downgraded automatically. No charges are applied during or after the trial period unless you choose to subscribe.

2. Subscription Payments

After the free trial, continued access requires an active subscription. Payments are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) as selected during checkout. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at bazimat@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
  • You will continue to have full access to all features until the billing period expires.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your POS terminal will continue to function offline. Only cloud features (dashboard, sync, reports) will become unavailable after the billing period ends.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds — whether partial or full — for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused portion of a billing period
  • Downgrade to a lower plan mid-cycle
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Failure to use the Service during the billing period

We encourage all users to take full advantage of the 15-day free trial to evaluate the Service before making a payment.

5. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the prorated difference is charged for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
