Meztezz was born from a simple frustration: existing POS systems fail when the internet goes down. For a busy restaurant during a Friday night rush, that's not just an inconvenience — it's lost revenue and unhappy customers.

We built Meztezz to be offline-first from day one. Every order, every payment, every KOT works without internet. When connectivity returns, everything syncs seamlessly to the cloud. No data loss, no downtime, no excuses.

• Security and compliance — Role-based access control with 6 predefined roles. Manager PIN approvals for discounts and refunds. Tamper-evident audit trail with hash chain linking. Rate limiting and brute force protection.
