Meztezz was born from a simple frustration: existing POS systems fail when the internet goes down. For a busy restaurant during a Friday night rush, that's not just an inconvenience — it's lost revenue and unhappy customers.

We built Meztezz to be offline-first from day one. Every order, every payment, every KOT works without internet. When connectivity returns, everything syncs seamlessly to the cloud. No data loss, no downtime, no excuses.

• Multi-outlet ready — One subscription covers unlimited outlets. Per-outlet GSTIN, centralized menu management, terminal health monitoring, and cross-outlet revenue comparison.
• Security and compliance — Six staff roles with different access levels. Manager PIN required for discounts and refunds. Tamper-proof audit trail for every transaction. Built-in protection against unauthorized access.
